Does
it only cost $299 to sell my home?
Yes, you
can sell your home for as little as $299. However, when a property
is listed in the MLS it's customary to offer a commission to a
buyer's agent, this is usually between 2-3% of the sales price.
IllinoisRealEstate.com will never charge a back-end commission
or any additional fees other than the package and options you
choose.
How Do I

We understand
that every seller has a price they would like to sell their home

We are fully
committed to getting your home sold. Our Flat Fee specialists
are available via email, phone or text which means you'll get
